Ohio Phoenix

Payment Breakdown:

Player Cost $675

Must Pay Deposit Before To Secure Roster Spot & Is Non-Refundable Once Teams Start Practice

                                            

We will be doing fundraisers in the months of March & April to help bring

down the cost for each individual player. and family.

We are also going to be in the works with various businesses in the community to see if we can gain sponsorship as well.

*A Non-Refundable $350 Deposit Must Be Paid To Secure Roster Spot*

The payment pays for:

• 8 Tournaments

• Ohio Phoenix Uniform

• Ohio Phoenix Warm-Up

• Practice Jersey

• Shooting Shirt

• College Recruitment Profile

• Court Rental- Each Team Will Practice At Least 1 or 2 Practices Per Week

Mid-Ohio Phoenix
